Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes refunds and cancellations for MedConcil digital services operated by GAITO LLC. The DNA Medication Test is not available for purchase.

When processing starts

Processing starts when an actual report-generation job is accepted by the application. Payment alone does not mean processing has started, unless report generation starts immediately. We assess requests against the processing status of the purchase.

One-time digital reports

You are eligible for a full refund if report processing has not started.

Once processing begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. We review refund requests involving duplicate payments, unfulfilled orders, material billing errors, service failures and situations where a refund is required by law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring charges, billing periods, automatic renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

To request cancellation, email the customer-service address below using your account email and include your subscription or order reference. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues through the current paid period unless applicable law or a disclosed offer requires a different result.

If no report has started processing during a paid billing period, you may request a refund of that period’s subscription charge. After processing starts, exceptions for service failures, material billing errors, duplicate charges and legally required refunds apply.

Requesting a refund

Email the customer-service address below. Include your account email, order or subscription reference, payment date, amount and a brief explanation of the request. Do not send full card details, passwords or medical records by ordinary email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for a credit to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit rights granted by applicable law.
